Ep. 6 – God Makes You Enough
What proof do you have of being “enough”. What makes you think you have what it takes, or that you are sufficient to complete the task in front of you?
There comes those times in life when we are so frustrated and overwhelmed and want God to speak up now more than ever – however, He chooses to remain silent. What do we do then? How do we react? Does this mean that God has left us alone?
In this episode Emmanuel speaks on a an account in the Bible where Jesus thought it was a great idea to take a nap during a potentially life-ending boat ride with His disciples. God himself, never sleeps nor slumbers, but sometimes He does indeed stay silent amidst our struggles – so what do we do then? Could His silence be trying to teach us something?
What proof do you have of being “enough”. What makes you think you have what it takes, or that you are sufficient to complete the task in front of you?
Mom asked me what I was going to do after graduation….that sucked. So now how do I get rid of the anxiety that question just placed on me? Maybe I have to use to power of my Imagination…
Where do you turn to when you need some self-validation? Your friends? Your parents? Your accomplishments? How about to the person that gave you your purpose?
Fear is something we all have to deal with. It cannot be avoided – it must be beaten. It may start as a mental battle, however, ultimately the battle is won with your hands and feet.
