Event Programmer - (Event Programming)

Un-Associated, LLC was created to help young people around the world discover their identity and purpose. Our content – whether it be a short documentary, editorial, live event or a podcast episode – carries the message of transparency, vulnerability and community. Our communal services include the Churchboy Confessions podcast, alongside The Un-Associated Poetry Jam being our trademark offering. The Un-Associated Project team consists of enthusiastic, creative visionaries that look to leave an impact on the people around them through media and art.

Event Programmer - (Event Programming)

Description:

Works to create Un-Associated live events that allow the company to have direct, inspirational interactions with our core audience. The member of this team captain all of Un-Associated events with enthusiasm, organization and creativity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • – Captain all planning for external Un-Associated events
  • – Venue Booking
  • – Organizing event itineraries
  • – Potentially work closely with event programming offices from educational institutions
  • – Oversee the production of graphic and video content used in events along the Stream Team (fliers, projected content, posters, etc.)
  • – Event decor/furniture
  • – Talent/Influencer outreach
  • – Day-of Coverage (light and sound, Merchandising, engagement team, overall show-direction
  • – Must be present at all external Un-Associated events.

 

Requirements:

  • – Experience in event planning
  • – Experience in talent booking
  • – Experience in set design and event production
  • – Reliable
  • – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  •
