Life is always a process. There are concepts to people, life, and the world in which you do not naturally understand, but that’s normal. You go through life living in the unknown until something opens your eyes or your mind – realization. You see something that changes your initial perspective and maybe you become retrospective. Then you continue to live life and find yourself back in the same situation you always experience, only this time you have known knowledge from your realizations to guide your decision making. When you don’t utilize this knowledge, you make the same choice you’d always make in the past and continue on the cycle you were once in. It is imperative that you implement your realizations into your decision-making processes, as they will give you the confirmation you need in life. Ultimately, when working together, it is realization and confirmation that initiate change.

Realization is that feeling when you stumble upon something new. Whether it be a new environment, a new feeling, or a new idea, realization triggers that changed perception on how you see the world, and ultimately how you see yourself. This is the first step towards the growth of your mind and spirit. You cannot make changes if you never experience anything new. New experiences trigger change. Travel, read, talk to people, and explore so that you can see as many different perspectives in this world. It makes dealing with life easier, and even easier to understand when you have a spectrum of perspectives to utilize.

As noted earlier, with realization comes the opportunity for confirmation. After you see the world differently, life has a way of putting you back in the same situations but it is up to the individual to make choices that they seem best. Some people make the same choice over and over again because they do not understand or realize that they have other choices – options that have different outcomes. But those who have opened their mind and experienced a realization, should make different choices when in the same situations. For those who made different choices, they experience a new feeling. Without the implementation of the knowledge we gain from our realizations, our realizations become useless. Life will continue in a downward spiral of decline if we are too hesitant, scared, or doubtful. If you have come to realize the answer to your problems, it is time for you to get the confirmation of your being right – make your next decision count.

The concept of realization and confirmation is a two-step process that promises growth but requires time, effort, and bravery. It may be frustrating, it may be simple, or it may be natural to you, but nonetheless, growth by any means is important. Start with yourself; analyze the choices you’ve made that you liked and disliked, and see what decisions you made that lead to that. Once you make that realization, its easier to see the situation coming and you can know when and how to make the right decision. And once you make that right decision – life becomes better.
