Season 2 of The Un-Associated Stories (T.U.S.) is just one week away and the UN-ASSOCIATED Projects Team is so excited for you all to hear the stories of random strangers who refused to be defined by their trials, their environment, or the world’s labels. Maybe it will be your first time ever tuning in! What should you expect? Well, there have been many improvements we’ve made since last season, so even faithful viewers of Season 1 are in for a treat.

Aside from the cinematic improvements we’ve taken on, we have successfully stood by our promise to include more diversity and women this time around. Whether you are a man, woman, Black, White, immigrant or non-immigrant, this season will have the potential to communicate a positive message to you that can change your outlook on life. With a total of 7 episodes and 1 special, the UN-ASSOCIATED Projects Team will roll out motivational-quality content weekly for the next 2 months, with the season finale episode set to be released on Easter Sunday!

The reason why we do this is simple. We believe that through transparency, vulnerability and community, young people are able to grow as individuals. This may seem weird..how can we grow as individuals as a community. Well this too is simple to explain. A lot of us may go to bed at night and be bombarded by so many thoughts that eat us alive. Then we wake up and go about our days wearing a mask as if nothing is going on with us. We feel like no can relate, or no one wants to listen. Here at UN-ASSOCIATED, LLC, we believe that when we start to share our stories and talk about what we are going through, we each begin to understand just how alike we all are. Our problems become validated, and as a community we are empowered to address them with the support we get from others. Our goal is to present to you a story not for your entertainment, but for your edification. When you log onto our site next week, we want you to close your laptop that night feeling whole. We want you to have something you can take away, and work on in your personal life so you can grow as an individual – and live your “un-associated lifestyle”.

With that being said, we hope you enjoy what we have in store for you all. Spread the news, tell your friends and loved ones. We all need each other. So let’s share. (We’ll go first).

Waiting Expectantly

God’s answers to our prayers may not be exactly how we expect; in my experience, they rarely are. Sometimes the answer is no when we expect yes …
